Hello and welcome to Middle-Way!  My name is Sean, and I’m glad you are here.

The name Middle-Way reflects the greatest challenge to all of us as human beings.  The challenge to find a healthy balance – a middle-way between extremes – in our lives.  Individually, we struggle to find balance with exercise and diet, work and play, self-criticism and self-forgiveness, healthy appreciation for the pleasures of life and unhealthy addiction to those pleasures.  In our families, we struggle to find a balance between independence and dependence, between knowing when to set limits and knowing when to let go, between helping our children learn to navigate the outside world and keeping them safe from that world.  Whether we are talking about the balance between the head and the heart, work and family, or the over-control or under-control of our own desires and behaviors – the struggle is universal to us all.  My mission is to assist you, in whatever way I can, to find your own balance and create your own Middle-Way.

On this site, I have tried to collect information that may be of interest to you. The News page will keep you up to date on important news and announcements.  You’ll find more information about me, the services I provide, contact information and links to schedule an appointment online. In short, I’ve attempted to include everything you may need to begin your journey towards living a happier, healthier, more peaceful, and fulfilling life.  I look forward to sharing part of that journey with you.
